Return Policy
ShopDrill.com assures its buyers that you are all protected from
any fraudulent and wrong product delivery to you and assure a full refund
of your money in case such a rare case arises.
Some of the reasons for return or replacement may be:
(a). Wrong Size,
(b). Wrong Colour,
(c). Wrong Quantity,
(d). Defective,
(e). Damaged, Or
(f). Significantly different from the description given by the merchant
You are completely entitled to a replacement FREE of Cost or a Full refund of your money as
the case may be decided. You and buyer will be given full and fair chance to put forth the
case and a final decision will be done on the basis of merits of both parties by ShopDrill.com.
Once a buyer finds that product is to be returned or replaced he needs to contact us at
support@shopdrill.com. We will then place that claim request to the Seller and provide him 7
days' time to give a solution to the problem. In this case the seller may directly contact buyer to
try and resolve the complaint. If in case the claim still remains unresolved, our claims team will
coordinate the case between buyer and seller and a reasonable solution will be tried. A final
decision for replacement or return of the item will then be done by ShipDrill.com. In the
meanwhile payment of the seller for that item will be put on hold and then be disbursed of as
per the decision of the case by ShopDrill.com
However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the seller does not accept any return.
Some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie,
swimsuits etc. and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to
health & hygiene reasons.
We will also not be able to accept the return if product
Is used/worn or altered
Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Is returned without original packaging and accessories
Serial Number is tampered.
1. What is the time within which a claim can be raised for return or replacement?
All claims for return and replacement can be emailed within 10 days of receiving the product.
No claims will be entertained after 10th. days of receiving the product.
2. How do I initiate a claim and what happens afterwards?

Return/ replacement request is reviewed by ShopDrill.com.
It is shared with the seller for his response.
After 7 days of claim still unresolved, our claims team will coordinate the claim
with buyer and seller.
A final decision will be done by ShopDrill.com on basis of merits of both parties
and will be binding on both parties.
In case of a return or replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your
delivery address through our logistic partners and no cost for that will be taken
from you.
In case of a return or replacement, if our reverse pickup service is not available
on your delivery address, we will ask you to dispatch the product to the sellers
address. The courier charges will be reimbursed by us against furnishing the
courier receipt from buyer.
After the product is received, it is verified against your claim. Replacement or
refund is initiated after that. Replacement would depend on the stock availability
It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is
delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location.
Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
3. How should I pack the product for pick-up?
Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as
is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order
number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and
return address in a separate email from us.
4. Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?
If we arrange the pickup of your product, you don't need to pay anything. If you are using a
courier service to send your product back, you need to furnish the courier receipt for the packet
shipped and you will be sent shopping coupons of the same value to redeem for your next
purchase at ShopDrill.com Order with values Less than Rs. 500/- are NOT arranged for reverse pickup. Buyer have to arrange to dispatch it to seller directly and share the shipping receipt with
support@shopdrill.com. Reimbursement for shipping cost will be done as mentioned above.
5. My product has been picked-up, how do I know it has reached you?
After your order is picked from your place, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us
specifying the tracking details using which you can track the package on courier's website.
When will I get the replacement or refund?
We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our
center. For refunds it takes up to 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after
we have initiated the refund. However, if the refund is in form of shopping coupons, then you
may expect to get them within two days on your email address registered with us. The
refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per
your claim.
A decision after due process done by ShopDrill.com will be a binding on all parties.
