In unlikely and rare occasions, where fulfillment of order is not possible despite best possible efforts, we will be compelled to cancel the most valuable order placed by buyer.

Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

  • Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
  • Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
  • Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C of Seller
  • Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
  • Problems Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department
  • Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
  • Non-Serviceable Locations

  • At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

    We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

    Cancellations by the Customer

    In an unlikely case of buyer wanting to cancel the order, after he pays for the order, he may do so by sending email to A order cancellation charge of 5% of total paid amount will be deducted from the buyers payment and the balance amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was done for the order.

    However no cancellation request will be taken if the order is processed and the item is marked ready to be picked up by seller.

    In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, a cancellation before the order processing by seller can be done.

    It is however requested to the Buyer to place orders, especially COD orders, responsibly, as cancellation or COD refusal costs a lots of time and money, which is of no use to anyone of us.
